If you aren't satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your order, simply call us at 1-888-739-1080 to arrange an exchange or refund in form of credit to your account. We can not take back products that have been used and are not resaleable.. i.e. Respirators Cartridges, Creams and other medicinals, Ear plugs etc.

*Note: We can not take back special orders, for example hard hats that have been imprinted with your logo or items listed as non stock, special order.

 
All returned merchandise, which is not defective, will be assessed a 15% restocking charge.
Procedure for returning a purchased item.
 
If you ordered the incorrect product.
1. Contact us via email at sales@ASafetySupply.Com or contact us at 1-888-739-1080 for the appropriate return authorization.
2. All merchandise must be returned in its original shipping packaging with all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment.
3. Enclose a copy of the original sales slip.
4. Send the item(s) back to the return address in the original package.
5. Return the product via UPS or US mail or other common carrier prepaid and insured. Retain your shipping receipt for proof of shipment.

Note: Do not send item(s) back without the proper return address which will be provided with your RMA#. All items must be returned to the originating warehouse. Items sent back to the wrong warehouse will be refused by the receiver.

* We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages returned through the US Postal Service.
* Shipping rates for packaging, insurance and delivery are not reimbursable.

Please Note: Items returned without a return authorization may not receive a credit due to the fact that we have multiple fulfillment facilities and receiving needs this number in order to apply the appropriate credit.

 

If your product is defective.
1. Contact us via email at sales@ASafetySupply.Com or contact us at 1-888-739-1080 for the appropriate return authorization.
2. All merchandise must be returned in its original shipping packaging with all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment.
3. Enclose a copy of the original sales slip.
4. After a return label is emailed to you bring the return label to your nearest UPS location. Retain your shipping receipt for proof of shipment.
